Job summary

The United States Naval Academy Business Services Division seeks a Sales Associate Flex to support the Midshipmen Store and Gift Shop in Annapolis, MD. This role offers flexible hours, on-site work, and opportunities for incentives based on performance.

Candidates should have customer service experience, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and familiarity with POS systems. Availability for weekend and peak periods is preferred.

Qualifications

• Front-facing customer service experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience working a cash register or POS system in retail settings.
• Experience performing inventory duties and restocking.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service, greet customers and assist with purchases.
• Operate POS terminals, process sales and returns, secure payment data.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays and assist with pricing.
• Assist in inventory, receiving shipments and transfer goods to stores.
