Job summary

The United States Naval Academy Business Services Division is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Midshipmen Store, Gift Shop, Barbershop and other NABSD retail operations. You'll provide friendly customer service, handle sales, stocking, and basic POS transactions.

This on-site role requires reliability, compliance with security and safety rules, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training will cover process, product knowledge and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Front-facing customer service experience; retail setting preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using a cash register or POS system and processing sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and at checkout with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Assist in stocking, pricing, and merchandising to maintain sales floor standards.
• Support inventory counts, post-sale processing, and Store operations as directed.
