Securitas is hiring a Flex Officer (Part Time) in Williston, ND. The role involves monitoring the premises, managing access control, patrolling sites, and enforcing site regulations to maintain a safe environment for clients.

Eligibility includes 18+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, and 1 year of security-related experience. Strong customer service, reliable independence, and calm demeanor under pressure are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driving required.
• 1 year of prior security, law enforcement, or military police experience required.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate when needed.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks similar in scope to those required for the site.

TheFlex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
