Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Flex Officer - Part Time to help maintain a safe and secure environment for client sites. You will monitor premises, manage access control, patrol multiple locations, and enforce regulations to protect personnel and visitors.

This role requires strong customer service, the ability to work independently, and calm judgment in stressful situations. A High School Diploma, valid driving record, and prior security or law enforcement experience

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.

Primary Location: Bismarck, ND (SW/Central Region)

Wage: $23.50/HR

TheFlex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driving required.
• 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military policy experience required.
