Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Flex Officer for Full Time in Duluth, MN (also covering Superior, WI). The position offers a wage of $21.50 per hour and involves monitoring premises, performing patrols, and enforcing site rules to keep client environments safe and orderly.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Travel, pre-employment screening, and a professional demeanor are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients.
• Monitor premises, access control, and patrol assigned sites.
• Enforce regulations and directives for client sites.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Complete post orders and assigned rounds.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate judgment and escalation.

Flex Officer - Full Time

Primary Locations: Duluth, MN & Superior, WI

Wage: $21.50/HR

TheFlex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
