Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Flex Officer to help maintain a safe and secure environment at client sites in Duluth, MN and Superior, WI. The role requires alertness, customer service, and the ability to follow post orders and complete rounds.

The position pays $21.50 per hour and includes benefits and training opportunities. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Flex Officer - Full Time

Primary Locations: Duluth, MN & Superior, WI

Wage: $21.50/HR

The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

Basic Requirements

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
