Securitas US Business Unit is hiring a Flex Officer – Part Time in Fargo, ND. The position offers a flexible schedule with a wage of $23.50 per hour and on-site security duties, including access control and patrols to keep client sites safe.

As a Flex Officer you will monitor premises, enforce site rules, assist employees and guests, and report safety concerns. Driving is required; the role demands strong customer service and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military policy experience required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently and remain calm during stressful situations.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises with access control and patrolling.
• Enforce regulations and directives for client sites.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide customer service to employees and guests.
• Carry out post orders and assigned rounds.
• Use technology devices during shifts.
• Conduct tours of the property.

TheFlex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
