Job summary

The Flex Officer - Part Time at Securitas US Business Unit is based in Bettendorf, IA, with a wage range of $17.00-$18.50 per hour. You will monitor premises, enforce site rules, and provide excellent customer service to client employees and guests.

Responsibilities include conflict resolution, patrols, reporting hazards, following post orders, and using technology during shifts. Weekend/holiday availability, pre-employment screening, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Professional demeanor required.
• Able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening (drug screen & background).
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Travel up to 1.5 hours from Bettendorf, IA for a site.
• Driver certification.

TheFlexOfficer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
