Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Flex Security Officer for full-time, with availability on any day for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Primary site location is Hillsboro, OR, offering a wage of $22.00 per hour.

No prior experience required; training provided. The role involves patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
• Must have great attention to detail and stay vigilant.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid/appropriate judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking areas, and entry points.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
• Control building access by verifying IDs and managing visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and incidents.
• Enforce security protocols and company rules for premises and visitors.
• Inspect doors, windows, gates, and security equipment to prevent unauthorized access.
• Investigate suspicious activities and security breaches.
