Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks a married couple to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

Role starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a placed home with the same group of students. Benefits include housing, health coverage, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years
• Both spouses aged 27 or older
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
• Manage household routines and student schedules
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness
• Plan and lead developmental and recreational activities
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel participation
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting
