Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to work as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live on campus in student homes, provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students, and help foster academic and social development.

The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with pathways to a placed houseparent role. Competitive benefits and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver?s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Live on campus in assigned student home and follow campus rules.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
