Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, creating a structured family‑like environment to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
