Securitas US Business Unit seeks a FLEX Customer Service Security Officer for full-time on-site work in Seattle. Wage is $28.90 per hour with shifts including grave, swing, and day schedules. You will provide professional security, handle access control, and report on-site conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of security experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct patrols inside/outside the client’s premises in various weather.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazards, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team to achieve site goals daily.
• Carry out duties of similar nature as assigned.

1) Grave, 10:00pm-6:45am

2) Swing, 2:00pm-10:45pm

3) Day, 6:00am-2:45pm

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• 1+ years of customer service and 1+ years of security experience required.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
