Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Flex Security Officer for Cape Girardeau and Sikeston, MO. The role offers full benefits, PTO, weekly pay, and more, with a pay rate of $18.50/hour. Weekend availability and stationed at various site locations are required.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and possess basic computer/tech skills. The position includes growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.

• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide security for short-term special security assignments.
• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site & training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Weekend and holiday availability needed.
• Provide high level customer service to our clients & their guests.
