Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of professional experience in customer service and security.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.
• Able to interact calmly with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct access control at security entrances/exits.
• Perform site patrols inside and outside client premises in various weather and terrain.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazards, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports of incidents and activities.
• Interact with client employees and guests to maintain site security.
• Work in a team environment to meet site goals daily.
• Carry out tasks related to assigned site security duties.

Flex Security Specialist

Location: Bellevue/Redmond

Wage: $28.90/HR

Available Schedules:

Eligible to work 40+ hours per week

• Day: 6am-2:45pm
• Swing: 2pm-10:45pm
• Grave: 10pm-6:45pm

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• 2+ years of professional experience in customer service and security required.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
