The Washington Trust Company is hiring a Branch Flex Banker in Rhode Island. You will engage with customers, process transactions accurately, and apply bank policies to deliver a superior banking experience while building lasting relationships.

Hours

Full time40 hour/week:
Monday-Thursday 7:45AM– 5:00PM, Friday 7:45AM-6:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-12:15PM

*Saturday availability required, frequency of Saturday scheduling dependent on location.

Compensation: A good‑faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $21.50 - $25.00 per hour and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an incentive plan and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
