The Washington Trust Company is seeking a Branch Flex Banker for our Bristol branch. You will engage with customers, process transactions, and promote bank products to fit customer needs.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, cash handling skills, and a solid understanding of banking products. Strong communication and adaptability help you thrive in a dynamic branch environment.

Hours:

Full time40 hour/week:
Monday-Thursday 7:45AM– 5:00PM, Friday 7:45AM-6:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-12:15PM

*Saturday availability required, frequency of Saturday scheduling dependent on

location.

Compensation: A good‑faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $21.50 - $25.00 per hour and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.

This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an incentive plan and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
