Job summary

Qualifications

  • Five+ years of supervisory and banking experience.
  • Experience managing customers from cash handling to account openings and financial advice.

  • Knowledge of lending/credit for consumer, residential, and small business loans.
  • Knowledge of bank products and the Bank's policies and procedures.
  • Outgoing with strong sales management skills.
  • Bilingual language skills strongly preferred.

  • Developing and managing employees to achieve growth and profitability for the branch and bank.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve optimum levels of sales and customer service.
  • Originating loan applications for consumer lending.
  • Working closely with business partners to provide referrals of small business products, residential loans, and key services.
  • Following established operational, security and compliance guidelines to ensure the maximum security of the branch at all times.
  • Participating in off-site events to represent the bank in the community and in business organizations.
  • Performing additional branch functions as needed.

Compensation: A good‑faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000 per year and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.


This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
