Samsung Semiconductor in San Jose seeks a Transportation Fleet & Workplace Experience Associate to manage the company vehicle fleet, support HQ operations, and maintain workplace services. This hands-on role reports to the Workplace Experience Manager and requires daily onsite presence at the San Jose HQ.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in workplace operations, facilities, or fleet coordination, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, facilities management, communications, or related field.
• 2-5 years in workplace operations, facilities, fleet coordination, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office; ability to learn internal systems.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day fleet operations including maintenance scheduling and records.
• Coordinate with external service centers for timely vehicle service.
• Maintain fleet records (registrations, insurance, logs, mileage).
• Monitor fleet utilization and flag issues.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting for operating and capital budgets.
• Build relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
• Support HQ office operations to ensure a safe, functional environment.
• Handle employee workplace requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with amenity management and event support.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense tracking with Finance.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and service agreements.
