Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, spreadsheets, and barcode/QR tracking systems.
• Willingness to learn ServiceTrade, Workforce Go, and company inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Pick, verify, and stage materials and tool kits for jobs.
• Track tools and equipment location and condition.
• Coordinate vehicle readiness, maintenance records, and fleet documentation.
• Complete approved material pickups and deliveries and document activity.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse, shop, and yard.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and Dispatch to support technician productivity.
