Job summary

Powerfleet is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our Tampa Logistics Center. You will assist the Warehouse Manager, manage inventory, and coordinate shipments while maintaining accuracy and compliance with procedures.

This role blends administration with hands-on warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehousing or logistics, strong Excel and ERP/WMS skills, and a focus on accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement in daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in warehousing, logistics, or distribution center operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and ensure timely processing.
• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship products accurately.
• Maintain records, documentation, and transaction accuracy.
• Generate warehouse and logistics reports and support audits.
