• Experience using CMMS, fleet maintenance, or asset management software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with major heavy-equipment manufacturers and service networks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance requests from initiation through completion.
• Prioritize critical equipment breakdowns and urgent repair needs.
• Coordinate repair activities with technicians, field personnel, vendors, and dealerships.
• Act as the primary liaison with equipment suppliers and service providers regarding repairs, parts availability, warranties, and service timelines.
• Review repair quotes and facilitate approval processes.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, labor data, and repair costs within the fleet management system.
• Track fleet performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce recurring issues.
• Communicate equipment status and availability to operational teams.
• Support initiatives focused on minimizing downtime and maximizing fleet utilization.
