Monroe Truck Equipment is seeking an Inside Fleet Sales Coordinator in Monroe, WI. This role gathers information to provide the best options and products for customers. You'll communicate with suppliers and internal departments to create competitive proposals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months of related experience and an associate degree or equivalent training. The position offers attractive benefits including health insurance, 401k with a company match, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Outside Sales Team and internal departments.
• Prepare bids, costs, and lead time for proposals.
• Communicate manufacturing requests to Department Manager or Engineering Department.
• Coordinate with dealers on chassis arrival for scheduling.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Participate in meetings, training, trade shows, and industry events.
