Job summary

You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor, servicing a fleet of refuse and recycling vehicles. Must have hands-on experience with multiple OEMs, strong safety mindset, and the ability to guide other shop technicians.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair drivetrain, engine, transmission, braking, suspension and electrical systems.
• Inspect and diagnose complex vehicle systems on heavy- and light-duty trucks.
• Lead and guide shop technicians to efficient repairs.

Responsibilities

• Report to Maintenance Supervisor and diagnose fleet vehicles.
• Maintain and repair Mack, IHC, Autocar, Heil, McNeilus vehicles and equipment.
• Support coworkers to work safely and efficiently.
• Complete required paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Keep work area clean and compliant with company policies.
