Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC seeks a Mechanic to repair and maintain engines and diesel powertrains across our fleet of trucks, trailers, and tankers. You will use hand tools and diagnostic equipment in a shop and office setting, ensuring DOT compliance and safe operation.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork across our maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Clean driving record, no DUIs in last 5 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs annual inspections on trucks, trailers, and pickups.
• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance on engines and vehicle systems.
• Diagnoses electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems.
• Performs DOT inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Completes paperwork and documents parts usage and repair times.
