Ashley in Arcadia, WI is seeking an experienced trailer mechanic to join a safety‑focused maintenance team. You will diagnose brakes, suspension, electrical and hydraulic systems, perform inspections, and repair issues to keep trailers compliant and on the road.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, tire changes, lubrication, and document work while collaborating with technicians to minimize downtime. CDL welcomed but not required; strong safety mindset and ability to lift heavy equipment are

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on trailer mechanic/technician experience.
• Expertise in trailer systems (brakes, suspension, electrical, hydraulics).
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive trailer inspections and repairs to meet safety/performance standards.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving brakes, suspension, lighting, and hydraulic systems.
• Execute routine PM: tire changes, brake checks, lubrication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with technicians to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
