Trans Lease, Inc. in the greater Denver area is seeking a Commercial Automotive Title Specialist to manage vehicle titles and registrations for fleet sales, leases, and financing. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance in a high-volume environment.

You will prepare and submit title documents, verify VINs and lien status, and coordinate with dealers, lenders, and DMVs. Training is provided; strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in automotive titling, registration, leasing or commercial vehicle operations.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state DMV titles and registration requirements.
• Experience with commercial or fleet vehicle titles preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass a General Abilities Assessment, background check, physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage vehicle titles for commercial sales, leases, fleet transactions, and financing agreements.
• Prepare, review, and submit title and registration documents to state motor vehicle agencies.
• Ensure accurate lien recording, releases, and title transfers for commercial vehicles.
• Verify vehicle information including VINs, ownership history, and lien status.
• Resolve title discrepancies and state-specific compliance issues.
• Coordinate with dealerships, fleet managers, lenders, DMVs, and third-party vendors.
• Track title status and maintain organized records for high-volume transactions.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies related to titling and registration.
• Support audits by maintaining documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Meet processing deadlines to avoid penalties or delays.
