Job summary

The Bancorp Bank seeks a detail-oriented Tag and Title Clerk to support the Fleet Management Services department. You will handle tag and title documentation, verify costs, process registrations, and ensure titles are accurate across states.

This role requires coordinating with internal teams and external providers to keep records compliant and up to date. Daily tasks include managing title inventory, submitting DMV filings, and preparing timely reports on outstanding work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of experience.
• 2 years of clerical/accounting support experience, incl. 1 year automotive titling.
• Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations in 3 years.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Title and registration processing and cost verification for Lease Finance Department.
• Process vehicle titles and registrations to meet deadlines; handle MSO paperwork.
• Maintain fleet title inventory and track outstanding title work.
• Submit title work to DMV and manage out-of-state title verification.
