Job summary

The Fleet Administrative Assistant at Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC coordinates vehicle title, registration and renewal activities across the organization, serving as a key admin resource for internal departments, field operations and vendors to ensure timely, accurate documentation.

On-site, full-time, you will process registrations (IRP, state plates, replacement plates), maintain title records and support audits and vendor reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle title and registration processes.
• Experience supporting sales tax audits.
• Notary license preferred (after hire).
• Prior administrative or office support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support vehicle title and registration activities for field and home office operations.
• Process new and renewal registrations, including IRP registrations, state plates, replacement plates, and specialty plates.
• Assist with state sales tax audits and vendor invoice reviews.
• Coordinate documentation for equipment sales and auctions.
• Maintain title records, transfer documentation, and organizational files.
• Process title and registration transfers related to operational changes, mergers, and acquisitions.
