Job summary

Caliber, a leading fleet services company, is seeking a Fleet Safety Administrator to own the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of our telematics platform. You will manage platform access, configuration, and reporting to keep the fleet safe and efficient across the organization.

You will configure driver workflows, safety rules, and integrations, onboard users, generate safety reports, and partner with Risk Management and HR to address violations and coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience administering fleet telematics or SaaS platforms (Samsara experience strongly preferred).
• Working knowledge of fleet safety program management and driver workflows.
• Comfort with reporting, data analysis, and BI tools such as Power BI; familiarity with APIs
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage user access
• Effective communicator able to train and enable users across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Customize the telematics driver application—settings, features, and workflows; troubleshoot login and connectivity.
• Administer safety configuration: events, scoring, alerts, and reports.
• Manage telematics functions: asset tracking, fuel/energy, maintenance, routing and dispatch.
• Provide safety event reporting and coaching actions; coordinate with Risk Management and HR.
• Onboard and enable users via Samsara Academy and knowledge base; stay current on platform capabilities.
