PepsiCo is seeking a skilled fleet maintenance technician in Oshkosh, WI to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet of trucks, vans, and forklifts. You’ll diagnose issues with modern tools, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a safety-first culture.

Starting around 6 am with a Tuesday–Friday schedule, this full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and training that supports career growth within PepsiCo’s logistics network.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.
• Certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty required.
• Experience or training in hydraulic/air brake systems, aftertreatment/emissions, driveline, engine repairs, diagnostic platforms, and welding desired.

Quick Look

• Pay: $38.70 per hour
• Location: Oshkosh, WI
• Work Days: Tuesday - Friday
• Start Time: 6 am
• End Time: 4:30 pm

Maintain and repair fleet vehicles and equipment so beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence
• Use leading-edge tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided)
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts)
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools
• Support our safety-first culture by following all safety standards and procedures—and answering service calls as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Position must be able to lift up to 50lbs (with or without an accommodation)
• Position must be able to reach lift, carry, push and pull (with or without an accommodation)
• Position requires the following certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty
• Position requires at least 1 year of experience or training in: hydraulic and air brake systems, after treatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, using diagnostic platforms, and welding.
