Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a full‑time Fleet Maintenance Technician in Auburn, WA. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across a diverse fleet, including light and heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts, using diagnostic tools and formal training.

The role emphasizes independent work, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety standards while supporting product delivery to communities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Certified in Brakes, ASE Electrical and ASE Heavy Duty.
• At least 1 year of experience or training in hydraulic/air brake systems, after treatment and emissions repairs, driveline, engine repairs, diagnostics, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and complete repairs (training provided).
• Handle advanced diagnostics across a fleet including heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Maintain work orders, vehicle records, and checklists with provided systems.

Quick Look

• Pay: $44.30 per hour
• Location: Auburn, WA
• Work Days: Mon-Fri
• Start Time: 2PM
• End Time: 10PM

Maintain and repair fleet vehicles and equipment so beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence
• Use leading-edge tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided)
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts)
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools
• Support our safety-first culture by following all safety standards and procedures—and answering service calls as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Position must be able to lift up to 50lbs (with or without an accommodation)
• Position must be able to reach lift, carry, push and pull (with or without an accommodation)
• Position requires the following certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty
• Position requires at least 1 year of experience or training in: hydraulic and air brake systems, after treatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, using diagnostic platforms, and welding
