Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking an entry-level Fleet Mechanic to ensure high fleet reliability. You will perform PMs and repairs, using cutting-edge diagnostics and tools, on a diverse fleet including automobiles, light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: own basic hand tools and ability to handle physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to pass Forklift Driving Skills test if applicable.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience with maintenance, diagnostics, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Utilize advanced technology and programs for diagnostics and maintenance.
• Work on Pepsi's diverse fleet including cars, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Diagnose vehicle failures; disassemble, repair and reassemble parts as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and vehicle software records (work orders, logs).
• Support safety culture and adhere to safety standards.
• Contribute to one of the largest North American fleets.
