Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic to keep a large fleet reliable. You will perform PMs, diagnose issues, and execute high-level repairs across a range of trucks, vans and forklifts. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuous training to advance skills.

Qualifications

• Must have own basic hand tools for fleet maintenance.
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, climbing.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable).
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience with aftertreatment and emissions repairs on heavy-duty diesel.
• Experience with driveline repairs on heavy-duty vehicles.
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use leading-edge technology for diagnostics and maintenance.
• Work on a diverse fleet including trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and disassemble/repair as needed.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Adhere to PepsiCo safety standards and procedures.
