Compensation: $27 an hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1pm - 9:30pm

Job Description

The Fleet Technician is responsible for performing repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on company fleet vehicles including diesel and gasoline trucks, trailers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and automobiles. The technician ensures fleet compliance with DOT and other regulatory standards to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable vehicle operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair fleet vehicles
  • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance
  • Test equipment for proper operation
  • Respond to service calls
  • Complete required documentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of auto mechanics and heavy equipment repair experience
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License and clean MVR (preferred)
  • ASE certification (desirable)
  • Ability to supply automotive hand tools
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair methods and tools
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, and perform related tasks
