Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Operational Services Division, is seeking a Fleet Systems Coordinator to manage fleet technology platforms, data reporting, and user training in a hybrid work environment.

The role focuses on system administration, data governance, and collaboration with partners across state agencies, with responsibilities spanning deployments, performance analytics, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in analysis, program analysis, or management analysis.

• Experience with budgets, invoices, and financial reconciliation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration of fleet technology platforms (FMIS, telematics).
• Coordinate deployments, upgrades, installations and enhancements.
• Develop reports, dashboards and performance metrics for fleet operations.
• Provide user support and training on fleet systems and tools.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on installations and service requests.
• Review invoices and assist with reconciliation for fleet services.
