Job summary

The role involves timely arrival at appointments, assisting with vehicle gas/delivery, and ensuring safe operation with a clean driving record. Proficiency with data entry and fleet reporting is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and motivation to increase product knowledge.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Arrive at scheduled appointments in a timely manner and maintains communication with clients regarding any changes to scheduled time.
• Assist in gassing and delivering vehicles to designated locations.
• Drive vehicles safely and responsibly, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies. A clean driving record is required.
• Inspect vehicle interior and exterior to verify the vehicle is in good condition and free from significant damage.
• Utilize computer skills to assist in various fleet management tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Demonstrate a customer-focus in all interactions, providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
