Job summary

Schomp Automotive Group in Denver, CO is seeking a full-time, hourly Vehicle Porter to safely park and move vehicles, keep lots tidy, assist customers, and transport cars between locations. Schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday with a pay range of $17.00–$20.00 per hour.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, a clean MVR, and the ability to drive a manual transmission. Equal opportunity employer offering a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and safely park, move and retrieve vehicles without causing damage.
• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the General Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Open doors and assist customers entering and leaving the dealership.
• Direct guests to the reception area or introduce them to the appropriate departmental Manager/Advisor.
• Maintain new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, as needed.
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles.
• Transport vehicles between dealerships.
• Clean driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
