Job summary

Northwest Ambulance is seeking detail-oriented, reliable team members for our Support Services department. The VST role focuses on supply and inventory management, ensuring uniforms and stock are properly procured, stored, and distributed to field teams for mission readiness.

You will also manage fleet readiness tasks, maintain vehicle equipment, and support compliance with company and EMS regulations. This is a safety-sensitive, hands-on position that requires organization, reliability, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year in supply chain management, inventory control, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and EMS regulations is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years; background check and drug screening on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of uniforms and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage.
• Monitor stock levels and complete inventory requests.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Distribute supplies to field staff and deployment stations.
• Conduct audits and implement inventory control procedures.
• Provide training on supply management to staff.
• Keep ambulances supplied and ready with medical equipment.
