Job summary

ACG in College Park, GA is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to lead roadside assistance and towing operations from an in-office location. You will recruit, coach, and develop technicians, manage scheduling, safety, and performance to meet service and financial goals.

You will report to the Operations Manager, oversee daily fleet activities, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid state driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT physical certification.

Responsibilities

• Tows vehicles when needed.
• Provide training and support to Service Vehicle Operators and Automotive Service Coordinators.
• Resolve escalated service problems and maintain productivity standards.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, order supplies and distribute tools and parts.
• Perform administrative duties such as report compilation and communication.
