Job summary

Guardian Fleet Services, Ace Wrecker division, is seeking an experienced Night Supervisor to oversee nightly towing, recovery, roadside assistance, transport, and fleet operations. You will lead the overnight team, coordinate dispatch, ensure safety, and maintain high service levels.

This hands-on leadership role requires at least 5 years in towing/recovery, strong decision-making, and excellent communication. The position offers overnight schedule, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy-duty towing and recovery operations.
• Proven leadership with ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• Strong knowledge of towing/recovery operations and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with dispatch software and GPS/telematics.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise nightly towing, recovery, roadside, transport, and fleet ops.
• Coordinate dispatch priorities and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Monitor service levels, response times, and performance.
• Lead ongoing safety and compliance efforts and incident reviews.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure policies are followed and provide real-time field coaching.
