Job summary

The Auto Club Group in College Park, GA is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to lead daily roadside assistance and towing operations. You will recruit, coach, and develop technicians while ensuring fleet readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Operations Manager.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to drive day/night.
• Ability to pass DOT physical certification.
• Experience leading teams and coaching technicians.
• Experience in roadside assistance, towing, or vehicle recovery.
• Strong safety, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Tows vehicles when needed and supervises roadside operations.
• Provide training and support to Service Vehicle Operators and Automotive Service Coordinators.
• Resolve escalated service problems and maintain quality standards.
• Schedule planning, safety initiatives, and performance management.
• Prepare reports and conduct administrative duties related to the fleet.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and inventory supplies.
