Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Fleet Specialist to assist the Fleet Manager by monitoring and reporting driving behaviors through the Company’s Driver Telematics system. You will coordinate with fleet vendors, monitor the ticket queue, and help implement driver training and safety policies.

This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel/Numbers and the Apple productivity suite.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Apple iWork suite and data entry.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors, analyzes, and reports driving behaviors and violations via driver telematics system.
  • Meets with fleet vendors to coordinate services and improvements.
  • Monitors the Facilities Ticket queue and tracks resolutions.
  • Develops and implements driver training programs.
  • Administers and enforces vehicle safety policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates fleet information with drivers and leadership; orders new vehicles and handles repairs.

POSITION SUMMARY:The Fleet Specialist is responsible for assisting the Fleet Manager in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting driving behaviors via the Company’s Driver Telematics system.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitors, analyzes, and reports driving behaviors and violations via the company’s driver telematics system and meets with fleet vendorsMonitors the Facilities Ticket queueDevelops and monitors implementation of driver training programAdministers and enforces vehicle safety policies and proceduresCoordinates fleet information with drivers and leadershipOrders new Company vehicles and serves as point of contact for field repair and maintenance requestsMonitors Company EZ PassesCoordinates with other departments to ensure Company vehicles are outfitted, and maintainedMust be able to sit at a desk and type for eight hours a dayOther as assigned by ManagementCORE COMPETENCIES:Must possess the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to complete projects and meet deadlines.Must be proficient in Excel/Numbers, Keynote and Pages.Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must be able to work well in a team environment, be self-motivated, and able to work with little direct supervision.Must have strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School degree and/or GED required, or relevant prior work experience preferred.
