Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Fleet Specialist to support the Fleet Manager by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting driving behaviors via the Driver Telematics system. The role involves coordinating with drivers, vendors, and leadership to enforce safety policies and manage vehicle maintenance.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED or relevant experience, with strong Excel/Numbers, Keynote, and Pages skills to compile reports and support fleet operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report driving behaviors and violations.
  • Meet with fleet vendors.
  • Monitor Facilities Ticket queue.
  • Develop and monitor driver training program.
  • Administer and enforce vehicle safety policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate fleet information with drivers and leadership.
  • Order new Company vehicles and serve as contact for field repair/maintenance requests.
  • Sit at a desk and type for eight hours daily.

POSITION SUMMARY:The Fleet Specialist is responsible for assisting the Fleet Manager in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting driving behaviors via the Company’s Driver Telematics system.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitors, analyzes, and reports driving behaviors and violations via the company’s driver telematics system and meets with fleet vendorsMonitors the Facilities Ticket queueDevelops and monitors implementation of driver training programAdministers and enforces vehicle safety policies and proceduresCoordinates fleet information with drivers and leadershipOrders new Company vehicles and serves as point of contact for field repair and maintenance requestsMonitors Company EZ PassesCoordinates with other departments to ensure Company vehicles are outfitted, and maintainedMust be able to sit at a desk and type for eight hours a dayOther as assigned by ManagementCORE COMPETENCIES:Must possess the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively to complete projects and meet deadlines.Must be proficient in Excel/Numbers, Keynote and Pages.Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must be able to work well in a team environment, be self-motivated, and able to work with little direct supervision.Must have strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School degree and/or GED required, or relevant prior work experience preferred.
