Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and assign work to mechanics; monitor work in progress.
• Review work orders for parts, labor, and costs using fleet software.
• Verify work orders and ensure timely vehicle/equipment return to service.
• Supervise nine mechanics and two towing operators; provide on-the-job training.
• Maintain knowledge of parts pricing and repair procedures; collaborate with vendors.
