Job summary

Ruan in Salem, VA is seeking a hands-on maintenance supervisor to coordinate the fleet workshop, oversee technicians, and resolve service and scheduling issues. You will manage inventory, order parts, and assist the Service Manager in shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates workflow and oversees technicians in maintenance shop.

• Schedules work for mechanics.
• Inspects and verifies maintenance work within time standards.
• Assists with employee relations and attendance tracking.
