Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Virginia Beach seeks a skilled Shop Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair of CESE, MHE, and GSE for government services. The role requires coordinating inspections, safety checks, and scheduled service cycles with OEM guidance.

You will manage a team of 1 to 15 technicians, liaise with government staff, and ensure timely data collection and reporting on labor time and vehicle costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a Shop Supervisor in automotive or military contexts.
• ASE certification in diesel engines and two other heavy truck categories.
• Strong maintenance, scheduling, and data entry capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs per OEM guidance.
• Schedule CESE/MHE service every 120 days or sooner based on mileage.
• Coordinate access to equipment with Government Transportation Officer and manage holding area returns.
• Lead a shop team of 1 to 15 personnel and oversee maintenance activities.
