Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex vehicle maintenance issues.
• Plan and direct daily shift operations for fleet availability.
• Coordinate vendor activities under warranty management.
• Assist Shop Manager and support team leadership.
• Provide responsive internal customer service and updates.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion.
