Job summary

Krise Transportation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor to lead a team of diesel and preventative maintenance technicians at our NorthWestern Albion location. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and records to keep our fleet safe and road-ready.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years guiding heavy-duty truck or bus maintenance and a diesel/auto tech degree. CDL and PA license endorsements are preferred. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years leading heavy-duty truck or bus maintenance teams.
2-year degree in diesel technology, automotive technology, or equivalent experience.
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word) and familiarity with fleet maintenance software.
PA State Inspection license preferred; CDL with Passenger/School Bus endorsements preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable school buses.
Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs to meet deadlines and reduce downtime.
Oversee parts and tire inventory to keep fleet fully serviced and ready.
Maintain organized shop records and uphold safety and compliance standards.
