Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Shop Supervisor to lead a team of diesel technicians, prioritize workload, and ensure timely, safe maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a diesel technician, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and a current Colorado CDL with passenger endorsement. ASE Master certification is preferred. Competitive benefits and compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a diesel technician with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of leadership and supervisory skills with team motivation.
• Master ASE certification or willingness to obtain within first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize the workload of the diesel technician team, assigning tasks and ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues in diesel vehicles and equipment.
• Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diesel engines and components per manufacturer specs.
